1. Open Access Policy
Shodhaamrit Research Journal follows a Diamond Open Access model.
- All articles are freely available to read, download, and share immediately upon publication.
- No fees are charged to authors or readers To Acces.
- Full text available in PDF on journal website from Volume 1, Issue 1.
2. Copyright & Licensing
- Copyright: Authors retain copyright of their work. Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish.
- License: All articles published in Shodhaamrit Research Journal are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This allows anyone to share and adapt the work with proper attribution to the author and journal.
- Author may self-archive pre-print, post-print, and published PDF in institutional repositories/social media.
3. Digital Archiving Policy
To ensure long-term preservation, Shodhaamrit Research Journal:
- All Articles Available in archieves.
- Maintains full digital backup on journal server + Google Drive.
- Encourages authors to submit published version to their Institutional Repository.
- All Peer-Reviewed Record/Data Preserved on journal server + Google Drive.
4. Peer Review Process – Digital
- All submissions through email/online/online Review portal only.
- Double-blind peer review via email/online Review portal. Reviewer and author identity hidden.
- Review reports and editorial decisions communicated digitally.
- Anti-plagiarism check using before review. Similarity >15% = reject.
5. Data Sharing Policy
- Authors are encouraged to share research data in public repositories/institutional repositories/social media.
- Data availability statement required in all articles.
6. Article Withdrawal & Retraction Policy
- Withdrawal: Before review, author may withdraw with written request.
- Retraction: Published article will be retracted if plagiarism, data fraud, or ethical misconduct is proven. Retraction notice published online with DOI.
- Correction: Minor errors corrected with written request.
7. Digital Identifier Policy
- On Request article assigned a unique DOI via Crossref.
- Authors required to provide ORCID ID during submission.
8. Website & Security
- Journal website https://shodhaamrit.gyanvividha.com is SSL secured.
- All published PDFs are digitally locked to prevent tampering.
- Metadata shared with Google Scholar, DOAJ, Crossref & Other National & International Reputed Repositories & Indexing Agencies for indexing.
AI Policy for Shodhaamrit Research Journal
1. Policy Statement
- Shodhaamrit Research Journal recognizes that Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly, etc. are now part of research workflows. This policy ensures transparency, accountability, and academic integrity in AI use.
2. For Authors
Allowed AI Use:
- Language & grammar check: Grammarly, Quillbot for improving readability, grammar, spelling.
- Reference formatting: Zotero, Mendeley AI, EndNote for citations.
- Data analysis: SPSS, R, Python AI libraries for statistical analysis only.
Not Allowed / Must be Disclosed:
- Content generation: AI cannot be listed as author. AI did not conceive or design the study.
- Writing full sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Discussion written by AI = Not acceptable.
- Image/data fabrication: AI-generated graphs, images, datasets without real research = Immediate rejection.

If AI tools used beyond basic grammar check, add this section before References:
Declaration of AI Use
During preparation of this manuscript, the author(s) used AI tool, e.g. ChatGPT] for purpose, e.g. language editing]. The author(s) reviewed and edited the content and take full responsibility for the final manuscript.
No disclosure needed for basic spell-check or grammar tools.
3. For Reviewers
- Confidentiality: Do not upload manuscript content to public AI tools like ChatGPT. Violates double-blind peer review.
- AI in Review: Reviewers must not use AI to generate review reports. Human judgment mandatory.
- Detection: If you suspect AI-generated text in manuscript, report to editor with evidence.
4. For Editors
- AI Detection: All submissions screened using Turnitin AI detection + manual check. >30% AI-generated text = returned to author for rewrite.
- Final Decision: Humans make all editorial decisions. AI may assist in plagiarism check only.
- Record: AI-use declarations stored with manuscript records for 5 years.
5. Authorship & Accountability
- AI is not an author: As per COPE & UGC, AI tools cannot meet authorship criteria.
- Human Responsibility: Authors are fully responsible for accuracy, originality, and integrity of content, including AI-assisted parts.
- Violation: Undisclosed AI use, or AI-fabricated data = Retraction + Blacklist from journal.
6. Research Ethics
- Data Privacy: Do not input personal, unpublished, or confidential research data into public AI tools.
- Bias: Authors must verify AI outputs for bias, errors, and hallucinations before submission.
7. Updates to Policy
This AI policy will be reviewed annually and updated as per UGC, ISSN, COPE, and international best practices.
