Abstract :      Research culture in education refers to the shared values, beliefs, and practices that promote systematic inquiry, innovation, and evidence-based learning within educational institutions. It shapes how teachers, students, and administrators perceive the role of research in improving educational quality and professional development. A strong research culture includes key components such as leadership support, institutional policies, adequate resources, research collaboration, ethical practices, and mentoring systems that encourage active participation in scholarly work.
